Publish on schedule
Posts you created or approved go out to your Page and Instagram account at the time you chose.
Results and comments
Where switched on: reach and engagement for your posts, and their comments, with replies sent only when you write or approve them.
One inbox
Where switched on: Messenger and Instagram direct messages to your business, answered from your dashboard.
Ad results, read only
Where you connect an ad account: spend and results. Ads can never be created or changed through Business Connector.

With your permission
- Names and IDs of the Pages and Instagram accounts you manage
- Posts we publish, and their results
- Comments and messages, only if those features are on
- Ad spend and results, read only

- Your personal profile, friends or feed
- Creating or changing ads
- Building audiences from your data
- Selling or sharing your data
Captions you ask for are written with Anthropic's Claude from what you type, and ad results may be sent to Claude when you ask a question about them. Messages and comments are not sent to an AI provider.
Switch Facebook and Instagram off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.

How to disconnect Facebook and Instagram
From your dashboard
Open Connections and press Disconnect next to Facebook and Instagram. The stored access is deleted immediately.
From Facebook Business integrations
Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove Business Connector. Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove it. Open it
