Business Connector for QuickBooks Online
When you send an invoice from your dashboard, a matching invoice is created in QuickBooks Online, and its paid status comes back.
What it does for you
No double entry
Sent invoices are copied to QuickBooks with their number, dates, line items, discount, tax and notes.
Paid status comes back
When an invoice is paid in QuickBooks, your dashboard shows it.
Cancel means void
Cancel an invoice after it was copied and it is voided in QuickBooks too. Drafts are never sent.
What it can see, and what it never will.
Each part is requested only when you switch that feature on.
With your permission
- Your company name
- Products, services and tax codes
- Customers and invoices, looked up to avoid duplicates
Never
- Bank accounts or bank feeds
- Bills, payroll or financial reports
- Deleting anything in your books
- Selling or sharing your accounts
QuickBooks data is not sent to any artificial-intelligence provider.
Switch QuickBooks Online off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.
