Business Connector for Google Calendar and Outlook

Let customers book you online, or by phone with the receptionist, without double-booking: only your free times are offered, and the booking lands in your calendar.

A salon owner wipes down her station in front of a round mirror.
An illustration. Google or Microsoft shows the exact wording when you press Connect, and nothing is shared until you choose Allow.

What it does for you

  1. Free times only

Busy and free times are checked so a customer is only offered a slot you really have. The details of your other events are not read.

  2. Bookings land in your calendar

Bookings made through your website or receptionist are added, moved or cancelled in the calendar you choose.

  3. Google or Microsoft

Works with Google Calendar or a Microsoft Outlook calendar.

What it can see, and what it never will.

Each part is requested only when you switch that feature on.

With your permission

  • When you are busy or free
  • The list of your calendars, so you can pick one
  • Events the booking feature created

Never

  • The titles, notes or guests of your other events, for booking
  • Your email
  • Selling or sharing your schedule

For booking and the phone receptionist, only open times are passed to Anthropic's Claude, never an event's title, details or attendees. The meeting notetaker, if you switch it on, is different: it records the meetings it joins, and their titles and transcripts are summarised with Claude.

Switch Google Calendar and Outlook off whenever you like. The stored access is deleted the moment you do.
